ORIGINAL HOT YOGA
26 Postures and 2 Breathing Exercises. This is based on the traditional hot yoga and consists of 26 fundamental yoga postures from Bishnu Ghosh's yoga lineage. The Original Hot Yoga (aka Bikram Yoga) is a 90 minute Beginner's Yoga Class.
This sequence offer beginner and advanced students alike the opportunity to explore both standing and floor postures, building flexibility and strength in both body and mind. Consistent and intelligently aligned practice will help bring an overall sense of calmness into all areas of your life.
The 26 postures systemically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and tissue, restoring all systems to a healthy working order. The order of the postures never changes, they are performed in a heated room at 105F with humidity at 40%. This class is the classic sequence with 26 beginner's poses and 2 breathing exercises at the start and at the end of the practice.
The Original Hot Yoga 60 is also a Beginner's Yoga Class, however this shortened version is a "maintenance class" of the 90 minute therapuetic session. So if you're short on time, yet want to stretch, detox and feel better, this is a "quick" hot yoga class option.
INFERNO HOT PILATES
Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, full body, low impact, high-intensity workout using Pilates principals. It is performed in a warm 95F degree room with energetic music. This class is 60 minutes. Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.
Beginners are welcome.
Move through the Original Hot Yoga method with pre-recorded hot yoga classes providing audio instruction. Great opportunity to tune into you and create greater awareness as you sweat through your yoga poses. Although the absence of having a live teacher's instruction may be felt, you can follow along with orthers to the words, "the dialogue" provided, just like any authentic Original Hot Yoga class and enjoy our heat all winter long.

In addition to fueling your practice, our efficiently heated room helps to improve circulation, flush toxins, achieve a deep stretch, build endurance, increase flexibility, and burn calories.
